We offer training that helps our agents make money, stay organized and build their business. RE/MAX of Reading has two Buffini Certified Mentors on staff. There are multiple 100 Days to Greatness training sessions running every year.
RE/MAX employs an in-house technology trainer. Technology is constantly changing, and our trainer keeps pace with these changes. Technology sessions are never more than 1 hour long, and never the same twice! Learn all you need to know about websites, web lead management, computer based contact management, on-line marketing and more!
In addition to training, RE/MAX of Reading 's Brokers will do one on one coaching with agents. This is time that is dedicated to the personal touch! Our brokers will meet with agents one on one as often as once a week, or even once a year depending on the needs of the agent. Our goal with these one on one sessions is to address the needs of the individual!
